We’re Jake and Lacey Smith — lifelong athletes who grew up playing competitive sports and developed a deep passion for fitness and coaching. Jake has been part of the CrossFit community for nearly 9 years, with 8 of those dedicated to coaching. He holds certifications in CrossFit L1 & L2, CrossFit Kids, Olympic Weightlifting, Speed & Agility, and is also a certified High School Strength and Conditioning Coach through the NHSSCA. Together, we’re driven to create a supportive, high-energy environment where athletes of all backgrounds can grow, push limits, and become the best versions of themselves.
